WOWSA SPOTLIGHT: From Cruise Ships to Minto, MEET JENNIFER RUDINAC
If you travel the world, work at sea, and eventually land in a small-town hub in Southwestern Ontario with a big vision, what do you get? You get a wellness powerhouse.

Meet Jennifer Rudinac, half of the duo behind Feel Alive Wellness Station. Before settling in Palmerston, Jennifer and her husband Nick travelled the world on cruise ships perfecting their craft. After settling in Palmerston they launched Feel Alive Wellness Station 5 years ago. If you haven't visited yet, you're missing out on one of the most dynamic, forward-thinking wellness cafes in Wellington County. Jennifer’s journey is a masterclass in turning passion, global experience, and relentless creativity into a thriving local enterprise. Jennifer has successfully combined her massage therapy practice with a community-focused wellness cafe under one roof. Drawing on her extensive experience, Jennifer delivers top-tier massage treatments. The health-conscious wellness cafe serves as a welcoming gathering space where locals can connect over drinks and snacks that actually fuel your body. Jennifer’s business acumen and community-first mindset haven't gone unnoticed. She is the proud 2025 winner of PitchIt Minto, a testament to the strength of her business model and her exciting vision for the future.

Never one to rest on her laurels, Jennifer has taken her passion for wellness straight into the cooler. After finding out about Palmerstons "Big Dig" and how that would impact their cafe, Jennifer expanded her brand beyond the brick-and-mortar walls, she launched their drinks in a fresh canned format—making it easier than ever to bring healthy, refreshing options to your next backyard gathering, family event, or weekend get-together. This week was their 5th Anniversary and we are excited to see what comes next for this Palmerston wellness spot!
